If Event will be Cancelled Due to Organisational Related Measures

Re-book
Guests choosing to book a new trip will be offered the same travel arrangements at the same price or can choose an alternative trip (at extra cost if the new trip is more expensive).

Hold a credit
Guests can choose to hold the payment amount as Credit to use towards a future booking of their choice.

Request a refund
Guests can request a refund if no alternative travel arrangements are suitable for them and/or their group.
If you cancel an event

Normal cancellation policy
If your event is going ahead as planned, but you and your group wish to cancel your trip, then normal cancellation terms will apply. We recommend checking your travel insurance policy to see if you are covered for this. You are also able to transfer your booking to another person (by issuing a name change which there will be no fee for).

Fully transferable spots
You are able to transfer your spot to another traveler without any fees 45 days prior to the departure date.

We will try our best to be able to offer guests flexibility to move their trips to new dates or destinations instead of cancelling, so we always recommend contacting our Customer Service team to find out your options.
If Government Guidelines Due to COVID-19 Measures or With the any clause of Force Majeure Cancel An Event.

Hold a credit
The payment will be on hold as a credit with us which can be used on future booking of your choice
Cancellation Policy
| Cancellation until 90 days prior to tour start date | 10% of tour cost |
| Cancellation between 89 days - 60 days of tour start date | 50% of tour cost |
| Cancellation within 59 days of tour start date | 100% of tour cost |

- Our team will verify covid19 positive report provided by the passenger and only ICMR lab certified covid reports with QR code are accepted.
- Please refer to Designated tour Cancellation Policy,
- The Report should open in designated lab’s Website for Authentication at the time of QR code Scanning.
